Worn by Team Jindal

According to a new report by the Associated Press, House Appropriations Committee Chairman Jim Fannin has gotten an advance look at Bobby Jindal proposed state budget for FY 14. ( See report here.)

Fannin finds the proposal “encouraging.” He must have been wearing a pair of Team Jindal’s mandatory rose-colored glasses.

Fannin thinks further cuts to Higher Education coupled with college tuition hikes is good news. I’d hate to know what Fannin considers bad news.
